Yotpo can publish Loyalty & Referrals events to a webhook URL or directly to one of our partner integrations. These events can be used to trigger transactional emails, supplement customer data in your CRM, or pretty much anything else you could imagine.

Available events

| Coupon Earned (Awarded) | Triggered any time a customer earns a reward from completing an earning rule (e.g. Points for purchases). |
| Coupon Earned (Redeemed) | Triggered any time a customer redeems points and receives a coupon code. |
| Custom Reward Redeemed | Triggered any time a customer redeems their points for a custom reward redemption, or when they are awarded a custom reward when completing a campaign. |
| Customer Birthday | Triggered on the birthday of a customer. Customer Birthday events are triggered each day at 1 PM UTC. |
| Customer Birthday Captured | Triggered when a customer sets their birthday date. |
| Customer Anniversary | Triggered on the anniversary of a customer. Customer Anniversary events are triggered each day at 11 AM UTC. |
| Customer Anniversary Captured | Triggered when a customer sets their anniversary date. |
| Donation Created | Triggered any time a customer redeems their points for a donation to a nonprofit through Yotpo's integration with Shopping Gives. |
| Loyalty Opt In / Out | Triggered when a customer opts in or out of the loyalty program. An opted-in customer can earn points, enter tiers, redeem points, and so on; an opted-out customer cannot participate in any of these activities. |
| Points Changed | Triggered every time a customer's point balance changes. The event provides the previous balance, the current balance, and the size of the change. Useful for keeping an external system that stores point balances in sync. |
| Points Earned | Triggered any time a customer earns points. |
| Points Reminder | Triggered after a certain number of days of inactivity. |
| Points Expiration Reminder | Triggered when a customer's points are approaching their expiration date. |
| Redemption Below Threshold | Triggered when a Custom Coupon is running low on uploaded coupon codes, based on the threshold set for the Custom Coupon in the merchant's Yotpo Loyalty admin. |
| Redemption Cancellation Request | Triggered when a customer wants to reverse their redemption and receive their points back. Note that the customer won't receive their points back until Yotpo receives an API call approving the cancellation request. |
| Redemption Reminder | Triggered after a certain number of days of inactivity. |
| Referral Link Share | Triggered when a customer shares their referral link with their friends. |
| Referral Share Reminder | Triggered after a certain number of days that a referred customer hasn't made a purchase. |
| Referral Product Share Link | Use this event to trigger the product-share referral email. |
| Referral Product Share Reminder | Triggered if a referred friend hasn't made a purchase after a certain number of days. |
| Referral Completed | Triggered any time a customer refers a friend that satisfies the referral program requirements. |
| VIP Tier Earned | Triggered when a customer meets the requirement for a new tier. |
| VIP Tier Lost | Triggered when a customer fails to meet the requirement for a tier after the specified period of time has passed. |
| VIP Tier Status Changed | Triggered when a customer gets closer to or farther from retaining their current tier, and from entering the next tier. |
| VIP Tier Expiration Reminder | Triggered when a customer is at risk of losing their current tier. Sent 30, 14, and 7 days before the tier expires, based on your settings, and only if the customer has not met the requirements needed to maintain their tier. Every reminder is sent only once. |
