Create filter

Create a webhook filter. This webhook filter can be used with multiple webhook targets. An event type cannot be used twice in the same webhook filter.

The application ID you received from Yotpo. Replace 'application_id' with your unique 'kong_client' ID (aka 'application_id'), which you received from Yotpo upon the approval and registration of your application
