Product Images and Q&A bottom line now document their full responses

• Product Images: each image now documents updated_at. Nine more fields that the endpoint returns as null (such as thumbnail_url and standard_resolution_url) are listed, so your code can expect them. Use image_url and original_image_url for the image itself.
• Retrieve the Bottom Line for Questions and Answers: the response is now documented: total_questions and total_answers. A SKU the store doesn't know returns 404.
